Mehmet Yalçın graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Marmara University in 1982. After four years in the internal audit department of Sümerbank, he served as finance director of a private-sector group of companies from 1985 to 1997.

He has practised as a Sworn Financial Advisor (YMM) since 1998. Since 2013 he has been a founding partner of Galata Global Independent Audit and Consulting, where he serves as lead engagement partner and vice chairman of the board.

He holds master’s degrees in Accounting Audit and in Financial Institutions Management from Istanbul University, and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Anadolu University. He holds memberships and board roles in several professional and civil society organisations, including the Turkish Association of Accounting Experts and TOSYÖV.

Necdet Varcan graduated from the Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences in 1972. From 1973 to 1985 he worked as a founder, executive and board member in a group that included Mayaş Madencilik, Anamak Makine Sanayi, Dolsan Dolgu Maddeleri, Turan Madencilik and Yener İnşaat Sanayi.

Between 1985 and 1992 he chaired the Executive Committee of the international Tuzla Erkal Shipyard. He later served as deputy general manager at a compressor manufacturer and as coordinator at Şu-De San Madencilik and a maritime group. After winning a TOKİ tender, he managed the Halkalı mass housing development under Tempa A.Ş. for three years.

He currently provides advisory services as general manager and shareholder of Dualite Kurumsal Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş.

Korhan Akaydın studied business, economics and finance in Istanbul and at the University of Oxford. He has held key advisory and management roles at global firms such as E&Y and KPMG and at investment funds, conducting detailed feasibility studies across dozens of sectors and managing investment processes.

He specialised in investment banking, corporate finance and M&A in London; in stock exchanges, funds and venture capital in New York; and in asset management and productivity in Frankfurt.

He offers integrated advisory that brings companies an accessible, global perspective across business, finance, sales, marketing, operations, technology adoption, productivity, growth, mergers and fundraising.

Uğur Uçak is a co-founder of NeoAsset Group. He founded the group’s technology company, Neras Teknoloji, and has led the build-out of customer relationship management (CRM), proposal-management software, mobile applications, AI-assisted content production and business-process automation across the group’s companies.

At Hector Kurumsal he advises companies on building operating systems, AI-enabled automation in sales, finance and operations, and cross-functional control systems.
