Declining to consent does not affect my ability to use the Company’s services.
1. Information and communication
I give my explicit consent to the processing of my contact details (name, surname, email, telephone) in order to inform me about the Company’s services, publications and events, and to being contacted for this purpose by email, telephone or other electronic channels.
2. Candidate pool
I give my explicit consent to my CV and application details, submitted in connection with a human resources application, being kept in the candidate pool to be considered for similar and future positions, for the applicable legal periods and for as long as the purpose of processing requires.
Withdrawal of consent
I understand that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to hector@hectorkurumsal.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn.
