For more than 40 years our specialists have practised independently in their fields: sworn-in certified public accountants, certified public accountants, independent auditors, internal auditors and human resources professionals, together with our academic partners. Following the changes to the Turkish Commercial Code, they decided to continue their work under a single institutional identity, with a focus on company law, contract law, financial management, independent audit and internal control system audit.
Hector Kurumsal Yönetim Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. was founded at a time when globalisation, relentless competition, shrinking markets, growing dependence on information technology and rapid regulatory change were putting companies under pressure. We saw a need for a more effective internal audit and control service.
We serve corporate clients with quality- and assurance-focused advice in mergers and acquisitions, valuation, internal audit, corporate governance and human resources. Independence, confidentiality and professional rigour underpin every engagement.

Why Hector?

From Gilgamesh to Don Quixote, from Aeneas to Memê Alan, there are countless heroes. If one must be chosen, it should be Hector: the rebellious yet noble son of Troy, the gifted son of its king and queen, the future and the protector of wealthy Troy.
Hector’s story is that of a man who, though guilty of nothing, was condemned to defeat and death in the happiest days of his life. His brother Paris abducts Helen, and war comes to Troy. Son, husband, father and prince, Hector is now a commander, bound to fight a war he never wanted, knowing he will die, to protect his country, his city, his family, his honour and his dignity.
This is what the defeated have over the victorious, and what makes them immortal: they are both the founders of great stories and the symbols of the virtues we need as human beings. Hector was that yesterday, and he is today.
For Hector Kurumsal, the name stands for three things: protection, duty and integrity. To protect what is entrusted to us, to meet our responsibilities without compromise, and to remain honest in every engagement.
