He was born on March 1st, 1963 in Kayseri, Turkey. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1985. He worked as the Accounting Manager at Gama İnşaat Group of Companies and Botaş A.Ş., a subsidiary of Yaşar Holding, between 1985 and 1991. From 1991 to 2012, he worked as an Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor in Izmir. In 2012, he was granted the titles of Independent Auditor from both the Capital Markets Board and the Public Oversight and Accounting Standards Authority. Since 2013, he has been continuing the work of EuraAudit International Turkey under a corporate identity and became one of the founding partners of Galata Global Independent Auditing and Consulting Inc., which provides services in the independent audit sector. He has had professional articles published in various journals in the field of Corporate Governance Consultancy and Tax Finance. He is a member of the Turkish Internal Audit Institute (TİDE) and the Quality Association (KALDER). He has two sons.
