Necdet Varcan graduated from the Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences in 1972. From 1973 to 1985 he worked as a founder, executive and board member in a group that included Mayaş Madencilik, Anamak Makine Sanayi, Dolsan Dolgu Maddeleri, Turan Madencilik and Yener İnşaat Sanayi.

Between 1985 and 1992 he chaired the Executive Committee of the international Tuzla Erkal Shipyard. He later served as deputy general manager at a compressor manufacturer and as coordinator at Şu-De San Madencilik and a maritime group. After winning a TOKİ tender, he managed the Halkalı mass housing development under Tempa A.Ş. for three years.

He currently provides advisory services as general manager and shareholder of Dualite Kurumsal Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş.

Korhan Akaydın studied business, economics and finance in Istanbul and at the University of Oxford. He has held key advisory and management roles at global firms such as E&Y and KPMG and at investment funds, conducting detailed feasibility studies across dozens of sectors and managing investment processes.

He specialised in investment banking, corporate finance and M&A in London; in stock exchanges, funds and venture capital in New York; and in asset management and productivity in Frankfurt.

He offers integrated advisory that brings companies an accessible, global perspective across business, finance, sales, marketing, operations, technology adoption, productivity, growth, mergers and fundraising.

He graduated from Galatasaray High School and, in 2000, from the Galatasaray University Faculty of Law, completing a master’s degree in the university’s European Union programme in 2003. From 2001 to 2005 he served as a legal expert at the European Court of Human Rights, and from 2005 to 2009 as in-house counsel at several multinational companies.

In 2009 he founded SARILEGAL Law Office, where he took part in more than a thousand disputes and cases across corporate and commercial law, intellectual and industrial property, and real estate law. In 2025 he led the founding of Lexaria Law Office, where he now works on mergers and acquisitions, growth investments, corporate restructuring, regulation and compliance, and the resolution of commercial disputes.

He is the author of “Protection of Property Rights under the European Convention on Human Rights” (On İki Levha, 2006 and 2010) and “Protection and Commercialisation of Intellectual Property Rights in Computer Software” (Seçkin, 2023 and 2025). He teaches as a visiting lecturer at university engineering faculties, on intellectual property in software, AI ethics and regulation, and the law of technology ventures.

Uğur Uçak is a co-founder of NeoAsset Group. He founded the group’s technology company, Neras Teknoloji, and has led the build-out of customer relationship management (CRM), proposal-management software, mobile applications, AI-assisted content production and business-process automation across the group’s companies.

At Hector Kurumsal he advises companies on building operating systems, AI-enabled automation in sales, finance and operations, and cross-functional control systems.
